-- Forty-nine Schools Across the Country Compete for Grand Prize - a Cash Contribution to Support Literacy and Student Enrichment

-- Field Elementary School to raise money for educational materials and student enrichment programs

-- Dick Scott Dodge to offer consumer test drives of its newest vehicle - Dodge Journey

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., April 15 -- What: Canton Field Elementary will kick-off the National Dodge Journey
Drive for the Kids School Challenge on Wednesday, April 16 to raise
money in support of literacy and student enrichment programs. The
Drive for the Kids program encourages student family members and
friends who are adult-licensed drivers to visit the elementary
school to test drive the all-new 2009 Dodge Journey and complete a
short questionnaire. Chrysler will donate $5 for the first 100 test
drives and $10 for each drive over 100. Field Elementary will keep
all the money from the test drives.

The Drive for Your School Challenge encourages a friendly
competition between the 49 participating schools with support of
the partnering local Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge dealerships. The
challenge will run from April to June 2008 and the top-performing
school in test drives and completed questionnaires will receive an
additional $5,000 contribution to support literacy and student
         enrichment, donated by Chrysler.

The Drive for the Kids national program was created in 1993 to help
parents raise money for educational and student enrichment
programs. Drive for the Kids combines a fundraiser for the school
with an opportunity for parents to try out Dodge's newest
crossover, the Dodge Journey. The program is a fun and easy way for
schools to earn money to benefit students.
