Battery Brain to become Preferred Battery Charge Protection Option

POMPTON PLAINS, N.J., April 8, 2008 -- Smart Energy Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: SMGY) , developer and manufacturer of the innovative Battery Brain(TM) product line of vehicle and marine devices, has announced an agreement with Kerr Industries, a leading North American provider of automotive products and services to police, emergency and commercial customers. Kerr Industries is General Motors' second stage manufacturer (upfitter) and Tier 1 supplier for GM police and emergency vehicles. Second stage manufacturing is a system GM uses to extend their assembly lines to be able to build vehicles for smaller niche markets.
