What: Event to announce Mack Avenue Engine Complex I and II and Jefferson North Assembly Plant's $32,500 check presentation on behalf of The Chrysler Foundation to Connor Avenue Coalition to Upgrade our Streets (CACTUS), an initiative of the Warren/Conner Development Coalition. CACTUS organizes the businesses and institutions along Conner Avenue, from the Detroit River to the Coleman A. Young Municipal Airport, to help reduce crime and blight; and to redesign, revitalize and market the Connor Corridor in an effort to upgrade streets of the local community.
