DEARBORN, Mich.--The Henry Ford was awarded four Best of Industry awards by Michigans Meetings + Events magazine in a ceremony held in Detroit on March 5. The Henry Ford, Americas greatest history attraction, was named Most Unique Venue for the second consecutive year; Best Holiday Venue; Best Meeting Space Without a Hotel; and tied with The Ritz-Carlton in Dearborn for Best Banquet and Reception Venue. Michigan Meetings + Events magazine, the leading magazine for meetings and events professionals in Michigan, asked several hundred readers to vote on the top venues in the meetings and events industry.

Our unique settings and finest collections of artifacts documenting the American experience sets us apart and allows us to ensure that every event held here becomes a distinguished one, said Patricia Mooradian, president of The Henry Ford. We are incredibly honored and delighted to be recognized by such a reputable magazine, as well as by the top planners in the event planning industry.

With five distinct attractions including Henry Ford Museum, Greenfield Village, the Ford Rouge Factory Tour, The Henry Ford IMAX Theatre and Benson Ford Research Center, there is a place for every landmark event. The Henry Ford provides an idyllic, preserved and controlled setting that includes in-house catering with world-class cuisine, as well as various program offerings and enhancements. In addition to our five attractions, The Henry Ford also includes Lovett Hall, an exquisite ballroom that accommodates 300 guests ideal for weddings, receptions and banquets. Henry Ford Museum is the ultimate venue for a company gala of up to 2,500 guests and Greenfield Village is perfect for an all-American company picnic.

The Henry Ford is a first-rate venue that has had the privilege of hosting many high-profile events, including the NFL Commissioners Party for the 2006 Super Bowl, and the World Series Gala that same year.
