KENNY WALLACE - #36 SHARK ENERGY DRINK DODGE
FROM KENNY:
“Atlanta is a groovy track! I love racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway because the multiple grooves make it really fast, which puts more control in the driver’s hands instead of just having to depend on the handling of the car. At Atlanta if your car isn’t working right on the bottom of the track, you can search around and find different lines that work best for the handling of your car to meet the changing conditions.
I can’t wait to get to the track and have the opportunity to improve on our top-15 finish from last week. I feel like our Shark Energy Racing team is headed in the right direction. My guys have been working really hard on the #36 Shark Energy Dodge and we’re taking a different car this weekend, but we’re still about a month out from having new cars that are built by my guys at Fitz Motorsports.”
ABOUT FITZ MOTORSPORTS:
Fitz Motorsports opened its doors in 2001 when NASCAR veterans Armando and Mimi Fitz purchased the organization from Felix Sabates. The team fields the No. 22 Supercuts/Family Dollar and No. 36 Shark Energy Drink Dodge Chargers. Fitz Motorsports is the only certified minority owned team by the Carolinas Minority Supplier Development Council. With one pole, five top-five and ten top-ten finishes in 2007, the team looks forward to continued success in 2008.
ABOUT SHARK ENERGY DRINK:
Shark is the number two energy drink in the world, and is expected to drown the competition in the US market to gain the coveted number one spot. Recently, negotiations have been finalized to bring the sterling reputation and dynamism of Shark to the east coast, starting in Buffalo, New York. Manufactured since 1965, and owned by 112 year old conglomerate Osotspa, Shark’s presence is prevalent and booming in over 70 countries. Blind taste tests have been done over a span of eight years in more than three countries, with Shark coming out hand-down the preferred energy drink.
