NASCAR ERRATA REGARDING LEVIED FINES POST-DAYTONA

NEWT MOORE is the crew chief of the No. 1 car that was found to be in violation of Sections 12-4-A; 12-4-Q; and 20A-8.4C (the oil reservoir tank cover was not fastened securely) during post-qualifying inspection at Daytona on Feb. 15. MOORE, not Jon Wolfe, has been fined $15,000 and suspended for the next six NASCAR Nationwide Series events until April 9 and placed on probation until Dec. 31, 2008.
