“After 42 years of being your Phoenix Harley-Davidson dealer, I am very excited about opening a second dealership in Anthem. The North Valley is one of the fastest-growing areas in Arizona, which demands our expertise of serving the motorcyclists in and around that area,” states Buddy, owner and former Harley-Davidson motorcycle racer. “The new Anthem dealership located right on I-17 will prove to be an exciting destination for all Arizonans, just as the Cave Creek Road location has.”
Scheduled to open late summer, Buddy Stubbs’ new location will operate as Buddy Stubbs Anthem Harley-Davidson.
Following an extensive racing career, which included winning the Daytona 100 mile race in 1963, Buddy started Arizona Harley-Davidson. On July 16, 1966, Buddy Stubbs Arizona Harley-Davidson became the Valley's only Harley-Davidson franchise. The first dealership, originally located on McDowell Road, moved to 13401 N. Cave Creek Road in 1985 to better serve customers. In March of 2005 Buddy Stubbs relocated into the current 45,700+ sq. ft. dealership at 13850 N. Cave Creek Road (1.5 miles north of Cactus on the West side of Cave Creek Road).
The dealership also houses the Southwest's Premier Motorcycle Museum with 3000+ sq. ft. of classic two-wheeled history. With over 35 different motorcycle manufacturers and a collection of over 125 rare machines from 1903 through the late 20th Century, this museum is a must-see for all motorcycle enthusiasts.
Buddy Stubbs continues to own and operate the business with the help of his two sons, Frank and Jack. Buddy Stubbs prioritizes customer satisfaction and sells motorcycles at the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Pricing. All the Harley-Davidson® genuine parts, accessories, MotorClothes® apparel, and collectibles are also sold at M.S.R.P. Arizona Harley-Davidson employs over 60 people in five departments (Sales, Rentals, Service, Parts, and MotorClothes®/General Merchandise). For more information, go to http://www.buddystubbs.com.
