Initial Speakers Announced for Green West, May 20-22, 2008, Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles, CA
LOS ANGELES--Green Media Enterprises (GME) today unveiled an initial speakers list for the upcoming Green West show scheduled May 20, 2008-22, 2008 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

David Avery, Project Manager, Southern California Edison. Southern California Edison is one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S., and the largest subsidiary of Edison International.
Dan Beard, Chief Administrative Officer, U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Beard is charged with leading House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s "Green the Capitol" initiative.
Colette Brooks, Founder and CIO of Big Imagination Group, an eco-friendly public relations agency that helps guide clients and companies toward brand sustainability. Ms. Brooks is also the founder of Biobling, an online resource that connects eco-conscious people with biodiesel cars and the fuel to run them, as well as co-founder of the Los Angeles Biodiesel Co-op.
Catherine Dunwoody, Executive Director, California Fuel Cell Partnership. The California Fuel Cell Partnership is a collaboration of 33 organizations that believe fuel cell vehicles powered by hydrogen have the potential to change the future of transportation.
The Honorable Robert Foster, Mayor of Long Beach, California. Former President of Southern California Edison, Mayor “Bob” Foster has led successful initiatives with Green Ports and Air Pollution Control since taking office in 2006. Foster has successfully created legislation that will cap the amount of air pollution coming from the port.
Joel Kurtzman, Milken Institute.
