USAC BOARD MEETING INCLUDES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

 

 

            The election of Officers and Directors highlighted USAC's recent board meeting held at the company's headquarters in Indianapolis, Ind.

 

            Chairman John Capels was re-elected to a three-year term on the board, while President/CEO Kevin Miller was also elected to a three-year term.

 

            Former USAC President Rollie Helmling was elected to fulfill the final year of the term vacated by John Saunders, while Brett Frood, Chief Operating Officer of True Speed Enterprises, has also been elected to a three-year term.

 

            Executive Vice-President/Race Operations Jason Smith was also introduced to the board and attended the meeting by invitation.
