GRAND AM ROAD RACING ASSOCIATION INKS THREE-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH GREENLIGHT
COLLECTIBLES
Premier die-cast manufacturer to produce die-cast replicas of Riley
Technologies Daytona Prototypes
INDIANAPOLIS (January 23, 2008) - Fans of the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car
Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16 will have something extra to
look forward to this season with the announcement that GreenLight
Collectibles (GL) and Grand-Am have teamed up to produce die-cast replicas
of select Rolex Series Riley Daytona Prototype machines. The die-cast
replicas will go on sale in mid-2008.
The 1:64 die-cast replicas, which will measure approximately 3 inches in
length, are officially licensed by Grand-Am and will feature a die-cast
metal body and chassis, authentic Daytona Prototype detailing, real rubber
tires, sequential numbering on the base and custom clamshell packaging.
Among the Daytona Prototype machines to be featured include the 2007
championship-winning No. 99 GAINSCO/Bob Stallings Racing machine and the
familiar red, white, and blue of the No. 59 Brumos Porsche.
Grand-Am and GL negotiated this multi-year deal as a part of the Rolex
Series' increased event merchandising for 2008 and beyond.
The replicas will be available online direct through www.grand-am.com,
trackside at all Rolex Series events and through the GreenLight distribution
network.

Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16 and
the Grand-Am KONI Challenge Series, is the premier road racing organization
in North America. The 15-race 2008 Rolex Series and the 11-race KONI
Challenge Series calendars deliver professional sports car racing to key
