LA Auto Club: Gas Price Decline Slows to a Crawl as 2007 Ends With New Price Records

LOS ANGELES, CA Dec 28, 2007; Gas prices in most of Southern California posted a net decline last week, but ticked slightly upward in many cities over the past couple of days, according to the Automobile Club of Southern California's Weekend Gas Watch.
