ALMS (BRASELTON, GA.) - FIELD OF 30 REMAINS IN VOTING FOR SERIES' GREATEST MOMENTS

The list of Greatest Moments in the American Le Mans Series has been narrowed down from a field of 75 (and write-ins) to the top 30 with voting now open at americanlemans.com. This is the latest round of voting for the Series' fans as the countdown to the start of the 10th Anniversary season continues.

For this round, users may choose up to SEVEN moments. Voting will end December 27th when the list is again trimmed, this time down to 20. Voting for the 10 Greatest Moments in the American Le Mans Series will begin January 11 with those choices being featured on Series broadcasts throughout the year.

Preparations for the 2008 American Le Mans Series, its 10th season of world-class sports car racing, begin January 28-30 with the annual Winter Test at Sebring International Raceway.

The 2008 season opens with the 56th Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring presented by Fresh from Florida on Saturday, March 15. The race will start at 10 a.m. ET and will be broadcast live by SPEED, which will begin its coverage at 9:30 a.m. American Le Mans Radio and IMSA's Live Timing & Scoring will be available at americanlemans.com.
