RouteOne and TDEC Offer Joint Solution
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Dec. 14, 2007 -- RouteOne announced today that it has entered into an agreement with TDEC. This agreement will integrate TDEC's imaging and data entry services with RouteOne's eContracting image and data services delivery platform.
The agreement will allow RouteOne dealers to submit paper contract packages to TDEC, who will then convert the packages into electronic images and electronic data. The electronic contract packages are then distributed to the appropriate finance sources, who are relieved of the burden of manual data entry and imaging. Additionally, the combined solution will provide lenders with a consistent and fully electronic auto loan contract process, regardless of their dealer body's penetration level with eContracting.
"RouteOne is pleased to join with TDEC in providing an efficient solution for finance companies to use in their day-to-day business," stated Mike Jurecki, RouteOne CEO. "Our two core competencies will streamline the booking and funding process for our finance source customers, which will allow for cost savings and a more efficient response to their dealer network."
"We look forward to working with RouteOne to provide the best possible services to lenders nationwide. With the expansion of the RouteOne relationship, TDEC's Financial Services Division continues to expand its solutions to the auto financing industry," says John R. DuFour, Executive Vice President of TDEC's Financial Services Division.
