Motorcycle Radiation May Be Linked to Cancer Risk

EDITOR'S NOTE: Then again, maybe not!

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - December 3, 2007: No longer are helmets enough for motorcyclists to protect themselves.

In his just released book, Motorcycle Cancer?, author Randall Dale Chipkar considers motorcycle radiation a possible "Black Plague" for motorcyclists.

"Unsuspecting riders may have a higher risk for cancer development from electromagnetic radiation shooting up right between their legs," says Chipkar. "Is it a paradox that thousands of motorcycle riders participate in fundraiser rides for cancer awareness when the event itself may be causing cancer?

"Various types of electromagnetic energies have been linked to cancer. I have met countless avid motorcycle riders diagnosed with similar forms of cancers and disorders. All of these riders had a type of extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation shooting up from their motorcycle seats," says Chipkar.

Chipkar wrote a book called Motorcycle Cancer? Are motorcycles killing us with cancers of the prostate, colon, kidney, bone, etc? If the title sounds shocking, it is meant to be. By sharing his views, he hopes to generate worldwide attention to and awareness of his potentially devastating discovery.

Chipkar is a man on a mission: to protect motorcyclists worldwide. He says the prostate is of major concern as it is one of the closest delicate glands invaded by the radiation. The colon and neighboring organs are also of concern.

"The motorcycle industry needs to further investigate this EM danger and implement protective measures to minimize rider radiation exposure. Consumer safety is priority. An ELF EMF radiation shielding seat can provide riders with peace of mind," Chipkar says.

"ELF EMF radiation at close exposure is unnatural and over time may have devastating biological consequences. People should not have to gamble with their health because they love riding motorcycles," says Chipkar.

"Historically, organizations claimed 'inconclusive proof' concerning electromagnetic health issues. However, inconclusive proof does not mean that something is safe. Governments need to reassess their position on EM health issues for public safety. Science proves electromagnetic danger. Now that a type of motorcycle ELF EMF has been exposed, I hope denial is not going to be considered as a solution," Chipkar concludes.

EM world reactions, explanations, biological concerns and suggested rider solutions are discussed in Chipkar's book, Motorcycle Cancer?, which is available at www.motorcyclecancer.com along with further information.

About the Author
Canadian author, Randall Dale Chipkar, has a background in electronics and biology. He considers motorcycle electromagnetic radiation a possible "Black Plague." Chipkar is a property manager and real estate agent (R.J. Chipkar Real Estate Ltd.). By using his extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic field (EMF) Guass meter, he finds clients homes that do not have excessive EM radiation levels. A few years ago, he was looking to purchase a dream bike but he placed the ELF EMF radiation meter over one of the seats of an idling bike and was shocked at the extremely high radiation readings. After extensive research he wrote Motorcycle Cancer? to protect consumers and to encourage the motorcycle industry to recognize this EM danger and implement protective measures to minimize rider radiation exposure.
