HOUSTON, Nov. 29, 2007 -- H2Diesel Holdings, Inc., a company that manufactures an alternative "bio-fuel" from domestically produced vegetable oils and animal fats, and the City of Orlando, Florida announced today that they have entered into a vehicle test program to demonstrate the capabilities of the Company's proprietary biofuel in fleet vehicle applications. The test, to be carried out over the next several months, will be conducted using a vehicle in the City's truck fleet and will include a comprehensive series of performance and tailpipe emissions tests.

Mr. Dave Gillespie, President and CEO of H2Diesel stated, "We're excited to be working along with the City of Orlando as they implement a very aggressive program to reduce the environmental impact of all of the City's operations. We believe our second generation renewable biofuel represents an environmentally superior and lower cost alternative to other more traditional biofuels."

"We are very glad to have H2Diesel as a partner in our 'Green Works Orlando' program," said Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer. "We believe H2Diesel's 100% renewable biofuel can assist the City in our effort to move our entire fleet of vehicles to renewable fuels by 2012."

About H2Diesel Holdings, Inc.

H2Diesel is a development stage company that holds an exclusive license for North America, Central America and the Caribbean to proprietary technology for the manufacture of an alternative "bio-fuel" from domestically produced vegetable oils and animal fats that is intended to be marketed as a new class of bio-fuel or fuel additive for power generation, heavy equipment, marine use and as a heating fuel. The Company further believes its proprietary bio-fuel will provide a cheaper, renewable alternative energy source with significantly lower emissions than traditional fuels and a cleaner and more efficient alternative to heating oil. H2Diesel's business model calls for the establishment of bio-fuel production facilities directly and through sublicensing of its technology to qualified licensees.
