Deere Announces Quarterly Dividend

MOLINE, Ill., Nov. 29, 2007 -- The Deere & Company Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per post-split share, payable February 1, 2008, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2007.

The amount has been adjusted for the previously approved two-for-one stock split, which is payable on December 3, 2007, in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend to stockholders of record on November 26, 2007.
