Mercedes-Benz Canada introduces Manufacturer's Direct Dealer Incentives
TORONTO, Nov. 28, 2007; Mercedes-Benz Canada announced today that it would introduce new Manufacturer's Dealer Direct Incentives.
In an effort to further capitalize on the time of year when consumers are actively buying luxury vehicles, Mercedes-Benz Canada has launched new lease and finance offers and Manufacturer's Direct Dealer Incentives (MDDI).
Effective immediately, the CLS550 will benefit from a MDDI of $6,000 while the S450 4MATIC will benefit from a MDDI of $8,000 and the SL-Class models will take advantage of a $10,000 MDDI. Other Manufacturer's Direct Dealer Incentives on the remaining model line range from $750 to $10,000, and are available on AMG models as well.
These incentives are available to customers who will pay cash for their purchase. However, the lease and finance rates continue to be highly competitive. Substantial adjustments were made to the B-Class, E-Class, CLS550 lease rates and on the S450 4MATIC lease and finance rates as well. As a result, for example, lease rates for B-Class and E-Class models now start as low as 3.9%.
In addition, participating Mercedes-Benz Canada dealers will continue to waive the first month lease payment and security deposit on selected models and will absorb 1% of the GST on all models, effective immediately.
Marcus Breitschwerdt, President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Canada said today, "These competitive Manufacturer's Direct Dealer Incentives have and will continue to provide customers and prospects a most sound rationale to purchasing their Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Canada. In keeping with our on-going commitment to offering competitive rates and prices in the Canadian marketplace, these offers truly represent unprecedented value for our customers."
