RIVERSIDE, Calif., Nov. 27, 2007 -- This year Fleetwood's RV Group incorporated dealer and customer feedback into its product planning and development processes, resulting in some of its best-looking and most innovative motor home, travel trailer and folding trailer products to date.

In 2007, each of the divisions made strides. The Folding Trailer Division remained committed to improving its profitability and maintaining its leadership position in the marketplace. The Travel Trailer Division spent the first half of the year reworking its entire product line and streamlining its operations in an effort to regain profitability, and is now beginning to enjoy the benefits of the new structure. The Motor Home Division continues to build on the momentum gained from its 2007 model year introductions of new floor plans and new brands in key high volume segments.

Following is a list of Fleetwood's key highlights in calendar year 2007:

-- Continued Expansion of Full-Wall Slide Technology -- In model year
2008, Fleetwood introduced its full-wall slide technology to its
American Heritage Class A diesel luxury motor coach brand, its
Revolution LE high-end Class A diesel motor home, and its Southwind
Class A gas motor home brand, expanding its total full-wall slide
floor plan offering to 11 brands.

-- Lifecycle Changes -- This summer, Fleetwood completed lifecycle
changes on six of its high-end diesel brands: American Heritage,
American Eagle, American Tradition, Revolution LE, Excursion and
      Providence.

-- New Motor Home Floor Plans -- Fleetwood introduced 21 new motor home
floor plans in model year 2008 including the one-and-a-half bath,
mid-ship TV, full-wall-slide floor plan on Revolution LE (42K); the
mid-ship Home Theater floor plan on Providence, Excursion and
Discovery (40X); the new full-wall-slide floor plan on Southwind
(36D); and a new floor plan with opposing couches on Pace Arrow and
      Bounder (38P).

-- 2009 American Allegiance -- Making its debut at the Recreational
Vehicle Industry Association's confab in Louisville, Ky., the 2009
American Allegiance is the first new product introduction from
Fleetwood's American Coach Division since 1999. Product highlights
include the R5000 Infotainment Center from Navion(R), DuPont(R) full
body paint, and stunning interior decor selections.

  -- 2008 Icon and Pulse -- Built on the world-famous Dodge(R) Sprinter
chassis, the brand-new Icon and Pulse Class C diesel motor homes were
introduced to dealer representatives during Fleetwood's National
Dealer Meeting in Las Vegas this summer. Standard features include
      Mercedes-Benz(R) 6-cylinder, 3.0L turbo-diesel engine, pass-through
      storage, curved cabinetry, DuPont(R) full-body paint, Corian(R)
countertops, and Jensen(R) 19" LCD HDTV.

-- 2008 Terra and Fiesta -- Fleetwood re-launched its Terra and Fiesta
entry level Class A gas motor homes in model year 2008 during its
National Dealer Meeting. Highlighted by three brand-new floor plans --
      a 33' double-slide floor plan with private bedroom (33L), a 35'
      triple-slide floor plan with bunk beds (34B), and a 36' triple-slide
floor plan with an innovative bath layout (36T) -- Terra and Fiesta
are priced under $100,000 and have been well received by dealers and
      customers alike.

  -- 2008 Formula 5th Wheel -- The newest member of Fleetwood's Ultimate
Extreme Line of toy haulers (F.U.E.L.), Formula debuted at the
Company's National Dealer Meeting in August. The 2008 Formula is a 5th
wheel toy hauler designed to hit the heart of the mid-priced toy
hauler market. With two initial floor plans -- one double-slide unit
      with a 12' garage (385SA2G) and one triple-slide unit with a 10'
garage (395SA3G) -- key features on Formula include 102" width with a
96" ramp door opening, heated tanks and enclosed chassis, and exciting
new entertainment options such as Rock the Box! II -- a
      custom-designed sound system.

-- Prowler, Wilderness and Terry -- In model year 2008, Prowler,
Wilderness and Terry received all-new looks -- inside and out.
Fleetwood also gave them unique brand personalities, positioning each
to address specific needs in the heart of the travel trailer market.
-- Wilderness -- The 2008 Wilderness value-priced trailer line offers

features half-ton towable models built on EquaFlex(R) rubberized
          suspension for a smoother ride.
-- Terry -- The 2008 Terry flagship trailer line is fully featured
and offers pass-through storage and optional electric awnings.

-- Luxury 5th Wheels -- Fleetwood re-introduced its Regal and Quantum
luxury 5th wheel brands in model year 2008 during its National Dealer
Meeting. Full-featured with a focus on luxury, the 2008 Regal and
Quantum have high-gloss gel-coat fiberglass laminated sidewalls,
all-new interior decor selections, and optional A&E(R) one-step power
      awnings.

-- Fleetwood Folding Trailers -- Fleetwood Folding Trailers introduced
two new models in Louisville this year: the 2008 Evolution E4 and the
      2008 Highlander Tacoma.
-- The E4 combines the high sidewall construction and features made
popular by the Highlander series with the toy hauling capability
and off-road appeal of the Evolution series. Feature highlights
          include king-size beds, a residential-style galley, and a 1600-lb
          rated cargo deck.
-- The 2008 Tacoma takes the Highlander series a step closer to
travel trailer comfort by replacing all tent material with solid
wall construction. Other major feature highlights include

front wraparound sofa and power roof lift.
