DEARBORN, Mich., Nov. 27, 2007 -- With winter weather fast approaching, AAA Michigan is soliciting donations of coats, hats, gloves, scarves and blankets at all of its full-service branches statewide from December 3-15. Donated items will be delivered to a designated local charity for distribution to needy families in the area. To locate the nearest full- service AAA branch, visit www.AAA.com.

In addition to helping the community, AAA will be helping its customers. AAA Travel customers can save 10 percent when they book any trip through AAA and NWA WorldVacations between December 3 and 8.

During the "Beat the Freeze" promotion, AAA Travel customers can also enter to win valuable prizes - the grand prize is a $500 travel certificate good toward a NWA WorldVacations package; or register to win one of three pairs of tickets to your choice of either a Detroit Pistons or Detroit Red Wings game.* See your local AAA travel agent for details.

*A purchase will not improve an individual's chances of winning with such entry. RANDOM DRAWINGS, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected in random drawings on or about January 15, 2008 from among all eligible entries received.
