AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 27, 2007 -- Ken Garff Automotive Group, based in Salt Lake City, Utah now offers the combination product Multi-Shield to car buyers throughout its 44 nationwide franchises.

Multi-Shield combines tire and wheel, paintless dent repair, windshield repair and full roadside assistance. The packaged product, provided by Austin, Texas based Innovative Aftermarket Systems (IAS), reduces the number of paper contracts needed to complete a transaction.

Ken Garff Auto Group's dealers have new flexibility in their menu selling since combining these four protection packages into one product. Their customers also benefit from next day claims payment.

Within 24 hours of receipt of the RO, a unique one-time use credit card number is faxed to the dealer. IAS is able to monitor the payment's progress on-line and quickly take action if there are problems with the dealer receiving the payment.
