Schefenacker plc Becomes Visiocorp plc; Name Change on December 11th, 2007.

PORTCHESTER, England, Nov. 19, 2007 -- Schefenacker plc, the leading manufacturer of car and light truck mirrors, is being renamed Visiocorp plc on December 11th, 2007. Preparations for the change of name will be completed overnight from December 10th to December 11th, 2007. The Visiocorp website will go online at midnight British Standard Time. At the corporate headquarters in Portchester, England, and also at all company locations across the globe, the Schefenacker signs will be replaced with new Visiocorp signs.
