Simco America Completes Reverse Merger with Leo Motors, Inc. and Unveils Its Emissionless Vehicles for Mass Markets

LAS VEGAS--Simco America has completed its acquisition of Leo Motors in a reverse merger. LEOM produces the popular electric Shinwa scooters and SGK and SG-15 passenger vehicles that were shown at the Seoul Motor Show in April of this year. The addition of electric vehicles and their support components will add another dimension to the Seoul-based production facility, where high quality swaged, rack & pinion, and suspension parts continue to be manufactured for export.

Leo Motors, Inc. is led by innovative automotive engineers who have created a line of wholly electric vehicles (EVs) and EV components for a waiting worldwide base of consumers. From conception to design, engineering to parts manufacturing, and production logistics to final delivery, the team has dedicated itself to building competitive 2-wheel, 3-wheel, and 4-wheel vehicles powered by electricity alone. They will continue with parts manufacturing operations while adding the new goal of becoming a growing part of the global effort to reduce greenhouse gases.
