Analogic Corporation Announces Appointment of John J. Fry
PEABODY, Mass.--Jim Green, President and Chief Executive Officer of Analogic Corporation , announced today that on November 26, 2007, John J. Fry will join Analogic as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporation Secretary.
Mr. Fry is currently a principal at the law firm Driggs, Hogg, & Fry Co., L.P.A., where his practice has focused primarily in the areas of business and technology law. He was previously senior corporate counsel and intellectual property manager for Philips Medical Systems, where he served as counsel for Philips’ global computed tomography business.
Mr. Fry holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (summa cum laude 1990). He also holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University (M.S. 1985; B.S. 1983).

Mr. Fry succeeds Mr. Alex A. Van Adzin, who has resigned from his position as Analogic’s General Counsel effective November 23, 2007. Mr. Van Adzin will remain with Analogic through the end of the year to assist the Company with transition issues.
