Advance Auto Parts Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

ROANOKE, Va.--Advance Auto Parts, Inc. , a leading automotive aftermarket retailer of parts, batteries, accessories, and maintenance items, announced that at its Board meeting yesterday, the company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of six cents per share be paid on January 4, 2008 to stockholders of record as of December 21, 2007.
