Solomon Expands Sales Organization

DANBURY, Conn., Nov. 6, 2007 -- Solomon Technologies, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: SOLM) announced today that it has expanded its field sales organization in the central United States with the addition of three manufacturer's representatives covering twelve states from North Dakota to Texas.

The Company has signed representative agreements with CBR Associates, based in Minneapolis, MN, TX Sales, based in Fort Wayne, IN and M-Rep, Inc. based in Austin, TX to market and sell its expanding portfolio of power conversion and power management products.

"The recent acquisitions of Technipower and Deltron have significantly expanded our power electronics product portfolio," commented Jack Worthen, President of Solomon's Power Electronics Division. "With a broad array of standard products and the ability to create custom products across a wide range of voltage and power levels, we plan to expand and invigorate our sales channels as part of our integration strategy. Cross selling, providing customers a 'one stop' approach and substantially widening our distribution are all critical aspects of our integration plan. The Midwest region has always provided a strong industrial base for power electronics and we look forward to significant new sales opportunities with our added coverage."

Mr. Worthen continued, "Our recently introduced Cobalt high-voltage/high- power line of embedded power conversion products is emerging as a performance leader in 10kW to 200kW power range within the advanced coating and high power laser market applications. This high-performance flexible power conversion platform is particularly attractive to the OEM manufacturers for the rapidly evolving solar cell markets. Cobalt, combined with Deltron's broad range of 200W to 3000W power supply solutions for mass data storage, telecom, and industrial controls provides a broad range of power system products for our expanded Midwest sales operation."
