High-tech company hires 12 new employees and seeks eight more
PASADENA, Calif., Nov. 5 -- RTT USA, Inc. (RTT), a leading 3D animation studio and producer of 3D design software for automotive, aircraft and consumer goods applications, announces the addition of 12 new team members and looks to add four additional employees by the end of the year. RTT's growth reinforces its commitment to California's economic future and opens exciting new opportunities for Hollywood's most talented 3D artists.

RTT is actively recruiting 3D artists and compositors to keep up with the company's growing client roster, which includes work with Toyota and Lexus divisions of Toyota Motor Sales, Toyota Calty Design, Honda R&D Americas, Audi of America, Adidas International, ICON Aircraft, Milliken & Co. and Art Center College of Design. The newest RTT team members: -- Chris Henderson joins RTT as a 3D artist. He will work with other 3D artists in the 3D real-time creation process. Henderson received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of North Florida and his Master of Fine Arts in 3D Animation from the Savannah College of Art & Design. -- Pablo Selenar will integrate and support the 3D team as a 3D artist. Selenar graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and received a Bachelor of Fine Art in Film and Television. He is in his final term at UCLA where he will obtain a Film, TV and Digital Entertainment Media Certificate. -- Kathrin Heidl joins the team from Europe's headquarters in Germany as account manager for Toyota, Lexus and Scion. In addition to acting as a liaison for her clients, she will support pre-production, post- production and sales efforts at RTT's Pasadena office. Heidl obtained a degree from the University of Applied Science in Austria in Media Techniques and Design. -- Heather Moore, a talented 3D artist, is a project manager at RTT. Moore has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Arts from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and will assist in managing the production of client projects at RTT from start to finish. -- Ovi Bogdan joins RTT as a 3D artist. Bogdan graduated from the Art Institute of California in Orange County where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Game, Art and Design. His background with automotive clients and experience with creating photorealistic renders for print, web and broadcast will support the 3D RTT team. -- Luis Pierri is a 3D artist who studied camera and cinematography in Sao Paulo, Brazil and received a certificate in Advanced 3D Animation from UCLA. Before joining RTT, Pierri worked at several studios as a 3D generalist (modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering). In addition to 3D work, Pierri also supports compositing at RTT. -- Jason Adank is a 3D artist with a background in computer graphics and fine arts. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and has taken several post graduate courses in design and composition, color theory, art concepts and drawing. Adank works with the other 3D Artists to combine traditional disciplines with RTT's high-tech 3D technology. -- Josh Kohlmeier is a 3D artist with a vast array of knowledge in 3D modeling and animation, industrial design and storyboarding. In his role at RTT, Kohlmeier works with the 3D team to create lighting, texture, renderings and high quality images for RTT's clients. -- Parker Fredlund is a 3D consultant for RTT. Fredlund received his Bachelor of Science in Transportation Design from the Art Center College of Design. Fredlund's role includes assisting clients with the implementation of RTT's DeltaGen software and other visualization projects. -- Allen Pinkerton is also a 3D consultant. Pinkerton graduated from the Art Center College of Design with a Bachelor of Science in Transportation Design. Pinkerton also completed an internship with RTT where he created materials and shaders for the Art Center's CMTEL material library. -- Brandon Williams is a 3D artist. He attended Bowling Green State University and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Arts. Williams has had several of his digital art works published including one in the highly regarded Digital Art Book Expose 3. Williams works with other 3D artists combining his experience in digital art with RTT's cutting edge technology. -- Jung-Mi Vogt joins RTT as a 3D artist. She attended the Rochester Institute of Technology and received a Master of Fine Arts in Film and Animation. Vogt also received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Motion Graphics from the Han Seo University in Sesan Si, Republic of Korea. She brings her experience in digital art and animation to the 3D team at RTT where she creates sophisticated 3D imagery.
Based on its success in California, RTT USA, Inc. decided to expand into Michigan in 2006. The Royal Oak, Mich. Office has quickly grown to nearly 20 employees and is looking to recruit for several more positions this year.
