Buehler Motor Appoints New President

MORRISVILLE, N.C., Nov. 1, 2007 -- Buehler Motor, Inc. (BMI) announced today the following executive appointment. Robert (Bob) Riedford is appointed as President, Buehler Motor, Inc. succeeding Gary P. Cram who has elected to retire in March, 2008. In this role Mr. Riedford will be responsible for all aspects of BMI's North American business and will be located at the North American Headquarters in Morrisville, NC.

Mr. Riedford started with Buehler in June, 2007 as VP/General Manager. His previous assignments included Director, Business Development for KVH Industries in Rhode Island. He also worked previously for Delphi Electronics in Indiana in Sales, Program Management, Portfolio Management, and Engineering positions. He has had two expatriate assignments including South Korea and Germany while working with General Motors Corp. Mr. Riedford is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and has course work toward an MBA.

Gary P. Cram will retire after a distinguished 24 year career with BMI. His assignments have included VP of Administration at BMI, CFO of World Operations of the Buehler Motor Group and President of BMI. In addition he has held the position of Director of Buehler Motor's China Operations. Mr. Cram will assist Mr. Riedford while transitioning into the President's role and work on special projects throughout his remaining tenure.
