Helio Castroneves & Julianne Hough to hit campaign trail for "Dancing with the Stars" votes in Indianapolis

WHAT: IndyCar Series driver and two-time Indianapolis 500 champion Helio Castroneves and his “running mate” Julianne Hough will visit Indianapolis on Friday to stump for votes in advance of next week’s Dancing with the Stars competition.

PHOTO/VIDEO OPPORTUNITY: Campaign Rally 6:30 p.m., Ober Lot (North of Fieldhouse off Delaware) Prior to the Pacers vs. Miami Heat game, candidates Castroneves & Hough will participate in a pre-game “Campaign Rally” at Conseco Fieldhouse. Castroneves & Hough will rally for votes and give a campaign speech to fans in attendance. “Vote for Helio” t-shirts and buttons will be available to fans attending the rally. This event is open to the public and begins at 6 p.m. Pacer’s Game Campaign Dance 7:10 p.m., Conseco Fieldhouse

Following the rally, the candidates will serve as Honorary Team Captains during tip off at Friday evening’s “Indianapolis Motor Speedway Night” at Conseco Fieldhouse. The duo will dance for votes, performing the Cha-Cha during the game’s first Time Out.
