Minneapolis Operators Reach Internet Agreement
MINNEAPOLIS--The principals of Twin Cities-based LaMettry’s Collision, Lehman’s Garage, and ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced today their resolution of a dispute regarding Internet advertising.
“Our outside advertising agency had purchased keyword internet advertising on the Lehman’s and LaMettry’s names. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we immediately terminated the ads in question. Accordingly, Lehman’s Garage, LaMettry’s Collision and ABRA have entered into an agreement resolving this matter,” stated Rollie Benjamin, President and CEO of ABRA. “Because of the mutual respect we have for each other, we sat down, voiced our opinions regarding this form of marketing, and came to a very amenable decision for all parties.”
Speaking on behalf of both LaMettry’s Collision and Lehman’s Garage, Darrell Amberson, President of Lehman’s, stated, “We believe that all parties acted in good faith to resolve the Internet advertising issue. We appreciate ABRA’s willingness to remedy this problem quickly.”
