lanelogic Expands Automotive Trading Network
DALLAS--lanelogic, Inc., the Wall Street inspired used vehicle trading network for franchised dealers, announces its entry into Colorado. lanelogic’s proprietary dealer-to-dealer electronic trade floor launched on October 16, 2007 in Denver.
“This expansion is an important step towards reaching our goal of establishing a nationwide trading network,” said Jim O’Brien, lanelogic president. “We continue to see robust new dealer growth in our existing markets and unprecedented demand for services in the Western states.”
lanelogic is active in 33 states with a dealer network comprised of hundreds of dealerships in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, and Central regions. The Colorado launch follows record breaking months for lanelogic and a $35 million credit facility with HBK, L. P., Cain Capital, L.L.C. and Dealer Services Corporation.
“We will double our dealer network in the next six to eight months,” said O’Brien. “The company is solidly profitable and has proven the business model while only serving a small number of the national franchise dealer population. On this sound footing, we are ready to expand to the important west coast car markets including Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle and Portland.”
