Franchitti to Make NASCAR Busch Series Debut this Weekend at Memphis Motorsports Park Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates (CGRFS) announced today driver Dario Franchitti will make his NASCAR Busch Series debut Saturday, October 27th at Memphis Motorsports Park in the Sam's Town 250 (ESPN2, 3:00pm ET).

The third official step in the Scot's stock car learning curve will take place this weekend in the No.42 Target Dodge Charger on the .750-mile oval after previously contesting the ARCA race at Talladega Superspeeday and last weekend's NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Martinsville Speedway. Franchitti will again race under the guidance of CGRFS Crew Chief Brian Pattie.

In preparation for the 250-lap (187.5 mile) Memphis Busch Series race, Franchitti is scheduled to spend Wednesday testing at Kentucky Speedway.
