Asbury Automotive Group Announces Time Change for Its Third Quarter Earnings Conference Call

NEW YORK, Oct. 18, 2007 -- Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. , one of the largest automotive retail and service companies in the U.S., today announced that it will host its third quarter financial results conference call on October 30, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, instead of 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time as previously announced.

All other details for the conference call remain unchanged. The call will be simulcast live on the Internet and can be accessed by logging onto http://www.asburyauto.com/ or http://www.ccbn.com/. A replay will be available at these sites for 14 days.
