Major Players in Vehicle Finance Industry Come Together for Panel Discussion

Vehicle Finance Conference and Exposition
WASHINGTON, October 17, 2007; Top vehicle finance leaders will examine the vehicle financing environment in a panel discussion during the opening session of the American Financial Services Association (AFSA)'s 12th Annual Vehicle Finance Conference and Exposition, slated for February 6-8, 2008, at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco. The session will begin at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, February 7.
The discussion, CEO Panel: Managing Profitable Growth, will feature: * Michael E. Bannister, Chairman and CEO, Ford Motor Credit Company and Executive Vice President, Ford Motor Company; * Daniel Berce, President & CEO, AmeriCredit Corp.; * George E. Borst, President & CEO, Toyota Financial Services; * Stephen E. Smith, Senior Vice President, American Honda Financial Services; and * Marc Sheinbaum, CEO, Auto and Education Finance, Chase.
Moderated by Dennis McCuistion, Host and Producer of PBS' McCuistion Program, the panel will address key issues currently affecting the industry.
This year's conference features other marquee names. John Snow, Chairman of Cerberus Capital Management and former U.S. Treasury Secretary, will speak on the morning of Friday, February 8.
