In a serious attempt to garner one of the 2007/2008 Darwin Awards (won annually for the dumbest person/thing in the U.S.), the Committee on Homeland Security recently encouraged Democratic House representatives to take shots to guard against serious disease, prior to traveling to the Charlotte/Concord area on a North Carolina junket.
