clientONE Sales Training Boot Camp Sold-Out Success

DAYTONA BEACH, FL - Oct. 9, 2007: On September 27, 2007 a group of 25 automotive repair professionals from around the country marched into Daytona Beach, Fla. for two days of intensive training at the clientONE Sales Training Boot Camp. The sold-out boot camp is conducted by the clientONE Professional Automotive Training Company, which offers specialized sales and other training for the automotive repair industry. During the two-day camp, the group of auto repair shop owners were exposed to a variety of innovative techniques and industry best practices designed to maximize sales revenue.

"I challenge anyone to find a training organization that can beat clientONE's track record," said Mark Wisham, owner of First Choice Auto Repair in Knoxville, Tenn. "My only regret is that we can't keep them a secret from our competition for long."

Directing the boot camp were clientONE founders Greg Sands and Todd Hayes. Sands conducted an interview session with guest speaker Mike Daniel, an expert in his field and multi-unit shop owner from Dallas, Texas. In 1996, Daniel was the first general manager of Mobile Car Care to reach $200,000 in revenue, before going on to average a company record-setting $167,000 per month, or more than $2 million in annual revenue with an eight-bay service facility - an achievement that is still unsurpassed.

"Our mission is to have our boot camp 'recruits' take what they learn here and apply it to their own shops," Sands explained. "The ones who do will have even greater success."

Sands and Daniel shared valuable information on sales training methods, and on how to drive sales with multi-unit repair operations. Sands owns or operates 18 automotive repair centers in Atlanta, Ga. and Houston, Texas, and Daniel owns or operates five centers in Dallas and two in Austin, Texas. Together, with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Sands and Hayes have enabled the clientONE team to develop best practices for automotive repair, and are top experts in their fields. The Sales Training Boot Camp ended with a powerful presentation on winning sales strategies by Todd Hayes, who owns a repair facility in Daytona Beach, Fla. and has trained more than 1,000 owner-operators and others in the auto repair industry from around the country. Building on the tremendous success and 100 percent satisfaction of the September Boot Camp, clientONE is offering a second training camp November 8-9, 2007. The camp will be held at their exclusive training facility in Atlanta, Ga. at Sands' 50-acre Mud Lick Ranch. clientONE will also offer its exclusive store operation training "Key-to-Key To Callbacks" at their Daytona Beach, Fla. training center, October 25-27, 2007.
