Chrysler Recognized as 'Top 100' Company for Working Mothers
* Company's family-friendly policies are recognized
* Chrysler included on the '100 Best' list for 10th year

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Oct. 5 -- Working Mother Magazine named Chrysler LLC to its annual "100 Best Companies for Working Mothers" list. This year's recognition marks the 10th year that Chrysler has been included on the list. Chrysler is one of only two automakers to be named by the magazine.
"Chrysler is pleased to be recognized by Working Mother magazine as one of the top family-friendly places to work in the auto industry," said Nancy Rae, Chrysler Senior Vice President -- Human Resources. "The company strives to create a work environment that allows each employee to reach their potential. Recognition of those efforts is always rewarding."
The magazine recognized the company's efforts in developing policies and programs that are focused on the family and available to both salaried and union-represented employees, including dependant-care accounts, the company's Road Ready Teens driving program and flexible work schedules.
