SPECIAL EVENT (CHATSWORTH, UK) - RALLY SHOW COMPLETE SUCCESS...

Judging by comments from spectators, exhibitors and participants, the inaugural Rally Show at Chatsworth was deemed a success and the organisers are now planning a similar event to run in the autumn of 2008.

Spectators came from as far afield as Ireland, Scotland and Wales, while the organisers of motorsport events in South Africa visited Chatsworth to discuss the timing and results package used to manage the five competitive events.

"This morning (Monday 1 October), we are able to confirm that The Rally Show at Chatsworth attracted around 10,000 paying spectators, which is immensely encouraging for a brand new event", said a spokesperson for the Show.
