Local Racing Website Looking to Hit 3 Million
Press Release: Friday September 28, 2007
Every year since the mid 1970’s, race fans have join in a pilgrimage to Central New York to celebrate the pinnacle of the Northeast Dirt Car® Racing Series at the legendary Moody Mile in Syracuse, New York.
The 36th running of Super DIRT Week in the Salt City will be no exception. Hundreds of race teams and thousands of fans will pack into the New York State Fairgrounds beginning Tuesday October 2nd, all the way through to the last and biggest race of the week on Sunday October 7th, the prestigious Rite Aid 200 for the Big Block Dirt Modifieds.
And just like years past, the leading local Dirt Racing website, www.RaceProWeekly.com, which has been covering the local racing scene for more than 10 years, is once again planning another Special SDW Edition.
Each year, the numbers of hits just kept coming. The 2006 edition of the site broke the 2.5 million hits barrier by Saturday, to finish with a total of just over 2.9 million hits, and that’s just for one week!
This year, the site has ramped up it’s ability to take on more browsers looking for up to the minute updates, news, opinions, and more.
The 2007 RaceProWeekly.com SDW Edition will be active starting Monday October 1st and running right through to the conclusion of all events.
“We are expecting to exceed the 3 million hit mark easily this year.” stated co-editor Rodney Rescott. “There will be enough information out there that should keep everyone satisfied, and then some.”
