Reality Racing, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RRGI) announced today that a group of investors led by Sandler Communications, Inc., have agreed to purchase 61,000,000 shares of its restricted stock, giving the Sandler Group a majority position in the company. In addition to the share purchase agreement, Sandler has successfully negotiated for the extension, reduction and modification of several long-standing Company debts, totaling approximately $1,250,000.
