TBWA\Chiat\Day Appoints Jon Castle as Managing Director for Nissan & Infiniti Accounts
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 24 -- TBWA\Chiat\Day today announced the appointment of Jon Castle as Managing Director of the Nissan/Infiniti account.
Castle has an extensive career in the advertising industry, spending nearly 20 years at Arnold Worldwide in Boston. Jon most notably oversaw the Volkswagen account in North America for 10 years. As Managing Partner, Jon oversaw such launches as the New Beetle introduction in 1998, and new Jetta, Golf, Cabrio and Passat in 1999 and 2000. Jon worked on innovative marketing programs such as Jetta Trek in 1997 and "Pods Unite", a cross promotion between the New Beetle and the Apple iPod in 2004. Jon guided a team that worked on all aspects of the Drivers wanted campaign from brand to retail, from television to the web, from promotions to the dealer showroom.
