22ND ANNUAL NHRA O'REILLY FALL NATIONALS
TEXAS MOTORPLEX -- DALLAS, TEXAS
SEPT. 20-23, 2007
Will still focused on winning*
ENNIS, Texas (September 19, 2007) -- Hillary Will, driver of the KB
Racing LLC-owned, Kalitta Motorsports-managed Top Fuel dragster,
continues to focus on winning.
"I think people might expect us to be in test mode for the remainder of
the season since we're not in the Countdown," said Will, as her focus
turned to winning the 22nd annual NHRA O'Reilly Fall Nationals at the
Texas Motorplex, the all-concrete quarter-mile in Ennis, Texas, near Dallas.
"Actually, rather than test mode, we're in the mode to win races. Our
KB Racing Top Fuel dragster continues to carry the "Support our Troops
and Families" tribute we started at the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals. Our
troops continue to work hard for our country and our team is trying hard
to put the "Support our Troops and Families" dragster in the winner's
circle for them.
"We continue to test things to help us win races this year. Also, there
are rule changes for next year and for those reasons we are going to
stay in Dallas and test on Monday and try some things that we couldn't
do during an actually race. Everybody at KB Racing and Kalitta
Motorsports remains focused on winning."
Will begins her quest for the O'Reilly Fall Nationals Top Fuel event
title when Top Fuel qualifying gets underway at the Texas Motorplex on
Friday.
