Kyle Krisiloff, No. 14, Lilly/Walgreens, Dover
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Krisiloff ready to battle ³The Monster Mile²
Lilly/Walgreens team hopes to dial in at Dover
DOVER, Del. (September 19, 2007) After enjoying a rare off-weekend, rookie
Kyle Krisiloff will get back to work Saturday night at Dover International
Speedway for the RoadLoans.com 200.
With two previous NASCAR series starts at the one-mile oval, Krisiloff,
driving the No. 14 Lilly/Walgreens Ford Fusion, hopes the third time will be
the charm as he attempts to conquer ³The Monster Mile.²
Krisiloff first faced the concrete-covered ³monster² in 2006 while competing
in the Craftsman Truck Series. He recorded his second start in June,
earlier this year, as part of the NASCAR Busch Series, finishing 21st.
Looking to add the third top-10 finish of the season, Krisiloff, along with
the Lilly/Walgreens team, will be prepared to tackle any challenges they may
face on the fast, high-banks of Dover.
³Dover is a really fun racetrack; they don't call it ŒThe Monster Mileı for
nothing,² Krisiloff said. ³We had a pretty decent run earlier this year,
and I think we have been slowly hitting on some things that will help us
this weekend. I think we can get our Ford Fusion dialed in during practice
and have a solid run for Lilly and Walgreens.²
Heading into this weekıs RoadLoans.com 200, Krisiloff sits 18th in the
official driver standings and remains third in rookie points, 43 points out
of first place.
