Hexagon Metrology and Mycrona Announce Exclusive Private-Label
Distribution Agreement

North Kingstown, RI and Elgin, IL - September 19, 2007 - Hexagon
Metrology, Inc. (North Kingstown Rhode Island) and Mycrona of North
America, Inc. (Elgin, Illinois), a division of Mycrona GmbH have
announced an exclusive distribution agreement for North America. Hexagon
Metrology will be the sole distributor of the entire range of Mycrona
manufactured multi-sensor vision measuring machines for the United
States, Canada, and Mexico. The products will be private-labeled under a
Hexagon Metrology brand and badge name.

"This is a unique opportunity for Hexagon and Mycrona," said Bill
Gruber, president and CEO of Hexagon Metrology, Inc. "We already have
years of history together co-marketing PC-DMIS Vision software available
since 2004 on Mycrona products here in North America. Now, we take this
relationship to the next logical level, leveraging the strength of
Hexagon Metrology's distribution channel and nationwide network of
showrooms to afford wider access to Mycrona's innovative multi-sensor
hardware product line."

"We are very excited to expand our relationship with Hexagon Metrology,"
said Robert Wegard, Vice President of Mycrona GmbH "This agreement
significantly expands the availability of our technology platform in the
marketplace, and will deliver instant brand recognition in North
America. This will also increase the penetration of PC-DMIS Vision,
which we recognized from the beginning as a huge leap forward in
CAD-centric vision-based software, and the ideal companion to the
Mycrona multi-sensor product line, which combines 2D and 3D measurement
capabilities in a single multi-functional platform."

Hexagon Metrology plans to unveil the new product line at Quality Expo
2007, Rosemont, Illinois on September 25-27, booth 7505.
