(STO:ALIV) will host a web cast to broadcast Autoliv’s Investor and Analyst Conference being held at the Autoliv Test facility in Germany – Friday, September 14, 2007 at 8.45 am CET (7:45 am GMT and 2:45 am EST). At the conclusion of the event, a web cast will be available for replay and the presentation material will be available on Autoliv’s website at www.autoliv.com (click on the Investors tab, and then Presentations).

Please note there will not be a teleconference – the conference will be a web cast only.
