Airtrax Sold and Shipped Four CE Certified SIDEWINDER(TM) Forklifts through the Metalman Engineering Distribution Agreement in Ireland

BLACKWOOD, N.J., Sept. 4 -- Airtrax, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AITX) , a developer of patented Omni-Directional Technology with military and commercial applications, announced today that it has sold and shipped four SIDEWINDER(TM) ATX-3000 lift trucks to its new distributor, Airtrax Ireland of Waterford, Ireland.

This transaction marks the first sale from Airtrax's previously announced exclusive distribution agreement with Metalman Engineering who is being licensed to do business as Airtrax Ireland. The agreement provides Metalman Engineering with the exclusive rights for the sale and distribution of Airtrax's SIDEWINDER(TM) and KING COBRA(TM) products throughout Ireland under the Airtrax Ireland banner. Airtrax Ireland has established a network of experienced material handling dealerships throughout Ireland and recently built a new state-of-the-art facility to showcase Airtrax products.

Robert Watson, chief executive officer of Airtrax, stated, "Airtrax remains focused on developing and producing Omni-Directional Technology for several industrial and military uses. Airtrax Ireland represents a talented network of professionals with targeted experience and a history of working in the material handling industry. By shipping these first four vehicles to Airtrax Ireland, we have begun to penetrate the market for Omni-Directional Technology in Ireland."
