Pilgrim International, Inc. Ends Talks with Monomoy Capital Partners, L.P. for Merger with Western Recreational Vehicles, Inc.

MIDDLEBURY, Ind.--Pilgrim International, Inc. of Middlebury, Indiana, has ended talks with Monomoy Capital Partners, L.P. to reach a final agreement to merge with Western Recreational Vehicles, Inc. (“Western RV”), based in Yakima, Washington. Pilgrim International, Inc. previously announced it expected to close the transaction for the merger in July 2007.

“Although both parties agreed on the advantages of the merger, at this time, we do not consider it possible to find a solution that would best serve the interest of both companies,” said President of Pilgrim International, Inc., Steve Bennett.
