Details: NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne will be on hand to officially announce the Dodge Dealers' donation of 3,000 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup tickets to the USO. Tickets to the Sept. 23 "Dodge Dealers 400" NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway will be distributed to troops and their families in the region.

Leadership from Dodge, Dover International Speedway, the USO and Dover Air Force Base are expected to attend this event.
