Farmers Insurance Claims Personnel Continue Seeking Customers Who Have Suffered Damage From the Storms That Hit the Pueblo and Colorado Springs Areas

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--Farmers Insurance claims personnel and agents are hard at work finding and assisting Farmers policyholders who have suffered damage from the powerful wind and hail storms that struck the Pueblo and Colorado Springs area.

“Our claims teams are continuing to find Farmers customers who have suffered damage,” James Pursell, Farmers Colorado State Executive Director, said. “We have 58 claims staff deployed to the area in addition to our regular claims personnel and agents. As of 7:00 a.m. this morning (CDT), our claims teams have received 2,782 claims. We are urging Farmers’ customers who have suffered damage from the storms and have not been contacted to call the 24-hour HelpPoint number for immediate assistance.”
