Solomon Establishes Advisory Board
DANBURY, Conn., Aug. 28, 2007 -- Solomon Technologies, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: SOLM) announced today that its Board of Directors has established an independent advisory board, consisting of up to five members, to help in identifying critical technology, market and product trends germane to the business of the Corporation. Dr. Glen Wegner was appointed as the initial member and Chairman of the Corporation's Advisory Board.
Dr. Wegner is a serial entrepreneur and is currently the president of Health Business Synergies, based in Boston, MA. Dr. Wegner's vast experience in creating and developing business opportunities using a multidisciplinary approach in technology based organizations is expected to sharpen Solomon's technology focus in the power systems market. Dr. Wegner has been charged with identifying and recruiting other key members of the Advisory Board.
