  N.J. RACERS STORM CECIL COUNTY DRAGWAY
              
  RISING SUN, Md. – Action continued today in the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series at Cecil County Dragway where, in the finals of the Top Alcohol Dragster class, Richard Bourke from Old Tappan, N.J., took home the trophy. In Top Alcohol Funny Car, another competitor that calls N.J. home, Frank Manzo from Morganville, continued his success in qualifying with a victory today. 
              Bourke’s victory pass, a 5.494 second run, came at the expense of No. 4 qualifier Mike Kosky from Cuddy, Pa.  Manzo defeated Marc White from Glendale Hts., Ill., with a time of 5.828 seconds at 253.47 mph. and although this wasn’t his best time of the day it was good enough for him to take victory.  
  In the finals rounds of qualifying in Comp Eliminator Frank Aragona Jr. of Old Bridge, N.J., continued his success from yesterday to take the top spot. Joseph Franco III from N. Babylon N.Y., was the only successful pole setter who does not call N.J., home. In Stock Eliminator Steve Ficacci of E. Hanover, N.J., finished qualifying in good shape with the top spot overall.
